On Saturday August 16th Legends Harley-Davidson of Silverdale, WA will host a TaTu BBQ with Marilyn Kay & Company suppling the music. All proceeds go to BBQing for our wounded soldiers in Landstuhl, Germany.

The first BBQ was in February and I'm going again in December to smoke Christmas turkeys and ribs.
I'll smoke for the Fisher Houses and Wounded Warrior wing of the hospital. This trip I want to bring Marilyn Kay & Company (http://www.myspace.com/marilynkaycompany) with me, bringing a bit of Americana music with the most American of meals.

Now comes my need for help - not asking for a hand out, never have, never will. I have a talent for smoking and I want to use this talent to raise money for feeding these wounded kids (donations are welcome though). I would like to ask you all to attend and support these troops.

Someone asked me "why don't you feed the troops here in the US". My answer: There are many BBQ's here in the states for our troops already, but NONE on foreign soil. You have a soldier coming from the middle east, going to the best hospital in Germany just having been wounded. This is the time to bring them a bit of home.
